       When you have something like hemorrhaging (bleeding out), especially if you've nicked a major artery, you literally have seconds to respond.So you want people to call emergency, get talked through a box code, them have someone try and explain how to properly apply either a tourniquet or hemostatic bandage depending on the wound and severity? While this may save some lives, I have a feeling this is yet another public facing feel good signboard more than anything else
