       anyone on here ever use beet rood powder supplements? Curious of positive effects...Was gonna use for more of a natural sports supplement versus using a comparative chemical based supplement

       @JackBandit I've tried it, didn't seem to do much but I'm probably the worst person to test "performance enhancing" products. I treat my body like an amusement park... I did feel like I had a bit more in the tank when doing labor though. If you actually exercise it will probably work great.

       @JackBandit yes! I have powder that I drink in the morning most days. Seems to be good for general energy, keeping blood pressure low. Sometimes I mix with greens powder which is not the most amazing flavor but gets the job done. I’d say try it out and see if you get what you’re looking for from it!

       @DameoftheBankers any side effects tho, does it help your body control or only when your using it does it help? like what happens if you stop taking it?

       @JackBandit it honestly doesn’t seem to be that strong for me. No withdrawal when not taking it or anything like that. The only side effect that you might experience is a little slowdown of your bowels. I didn’t notice that right away but over time it might be from the powder. I cut back a little because of that.

       @DameoftheBankers i heard like only "direct" side effect of using it is discoloration of urine and or feces...so we'll see be urinating pink and pooping dark LOL?
