I'd like to believe in the paranormal... but my guess is it was MEANT to be a politically advantageous shooter incident that didn't pan out the way the politicians wanted. Perhaps their designated shooter simply got shot down by decent citizens before the police could play their part in the farce.

Edited the footage to get a better look at the variations of the camera + light distortion. As the TYPE of lens this camera has can not only distort but also stretch light sources so they appear bigger or smaller depending on which colors the cameras are amplifying. Now lens correction or whatever it's called on recording devices typically try to calibrate and distort often. To me this report of an Alien looks nothing more than a lie but the footage does show the object moving. It'd have been better if it were a still video without the distortion effects of the camera. As at times the object is moving in light coloration then disappears in a dark coloration on the video showing it's not a "solid" constant mass moving as just frames apart it looks like the legs, head, etc. aren't even attached to the object anymore. These effects can also happen because of lighting from headlights and temperature of the outside during time such as cold, moisture, etc.

Apparently some of the activity occurred from some people from the area of Lummus Park which is only 4.5 - 5 miles from the Bayside Marketplace.There was indeed people panicking and rushing out of the area. Some of this was due to the amount of police and the Helicopters that were being heard. Some of the people scurried away in panic because apparently they had some drug activity going on in the vicinity. So it's possible someone fired a couple panic inducing shots or something that sounded as such so that they had a way to get out without being inspected by police. Whether it was a group or one person.Let's see.....uhm, there was a part invasion reported....uhm....apparently, mind you an invasion is listed under either intruding with an armed force or intruding a location with a large number of people. (as is reported by the amount of people if there was indeed panic and other reports, it's possible they turned scanners off to not allow other civilian panic to those that listen by different calls that might come in to confuse the situation. Mind you I do the same when necessary.)There is also a report of someone in a suit that was involved and some of the panic people and whatever were trying to stay alive in the panic.They sealed off the whole block due to the various reports they'd not yet been able to fully identify and due the the amount of people a large "riot control" unit of PD and other responses were made. - More to come.

There is also report of some prostitute type activity but I cannot confirm if it was inside the area or closer towards the back areas of the bay area and whether or not it was child or adult related. Though the police did in fact dispatch some armored units in the event. So apparently there were multiple things going on and as for some of the "teens" well, let's just say they take the idea of being like a mob gang a little too literally in real world from virtual.Alright this concludes that part. As for the flights, power, etc. It most likely was the Chief of Police making the call in case it was a domestic terrorist attack or something that couldn't warranted such a response. I think the power cutting was a little dramatic but when you've got some many calls and things going on it's quite often police get overwhelmed and such say fuck it put it on lockdown and sift through what is correct or not by having all measures taken care of so it's done in the event one of the reports is accurate or not.

@derekrichards @penelopeharrison @Kbay @iridule in case any of you are interested I responded here in the comments.As for so called "aliens" I don't see legitimacy of the claims in footage I enhance or look at other that camera visual lens typing distortion mixing with the air moisture, cold, etc. of the location creating what I call artifacts of camera quality no matter how much I enhance and look at various angles.If you find this helpful, awesome. If you don't believe a word of it, well, I tried. It's more than you're gonna get elsewhere I bet.

For further information on the prostitution, the ruckus leads bad to the South Beach area and that area is known for it. Though again it leads back to the Lummus Park areas. 4.5-5 miles from the location.The area encompasses, Biscayne Bay/Dade Boulevard up towards Lummus Park on the lower half.In the area for criminal convictions you're looking at some hundreds of cases of Rape and Prostitution and with AS (Aggravated Assault charges) ranging into the thousands since 2020 on these alone between the various PDs in the vicinity.
