       @Monergist I'm old too but let me suggest a few similar situations- pet rock- beanie babies- Windows 95All of them had people lining up to get them. Windows was a real head scratcher for me.

       @Monergist My GenZs were over today and were explaining the Stanley (Tools) Cup (It's like a Super-Yeti) thing to us, and it is indeed a faddish thing. It's just double-walled stainless steel plus plastic coating cups that are very nice, and I guess they're doing a Beany Baby sort of variation of graphic designs and it's 'hot'. Meh.
