       @Wolven I didn&#39;t understand the big deal when I first heard of it, but watching the video was just so moving.  I then learned of the back story on advanced controller techniques and the race to hit the kill screen.  Crazy!

       @Wolven The lack of toxicity among them is so heartening. The shot where the rival going for the same thing drops his controller mid-game to watch and cheer for the 13 year old is just beautiful.

       @Wolven i’ve been watching nes tetris stuff like classic tetris world championships and the classic tetris monthly since 2020 (the brother vs brother championship) and this stuff is sooo exciting to me. i’ve always watched it basically as a spectator sport because i am just terrible at nes tetris, but the drama and the wholesomeness of the scene is just incredible
