       @mhjohnson Most likely related to new background check option/function that have been inserted with obvious intent to abuse it: for background checks of people under 21, FBI is now allowed not to give clear answer allowed/not allowed to buy a gun but to delay it for a period of time. Most likely those 500 committed some crime while on waiting list, number makes sense.This option is likely a primary target for elimination if we get R controlled Gvt as Const violation-right delayed is right denied

       @mhjohnson Hence, promotion of its "results"... Left wants this tool expanded to all (you apply for background check but Gvt gives answer after lengthy delay, if ever)
