Damn it, you had to go and say that, and I could immediately smell the combination of chlorine and body odor. (I don't swim in public pools because of that fucking smell- that's what lakes and rivers are for... I especially like rivers- when I was younger, I used to swim across the Chippewa right above a hydroelectric dam twice a day for years. No, that's not an old man story about going to school, I just like swimming and it was good exercise that was less than two blocks away.)
