@ocean here's my excellently (not really) curated list:- Super Mario Bros 3- Captain Skyhawk- Solar Jetman - Hunt for the Golden Warpship- Power Blade- Snake, Rattle n Roll- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 - The Arcade Game- Top Gun - The Second MissionAnd here's one I never expected to be fun- Zelda 2 - The Adventure of Link (but please use the zelda 2 redux romhack because the original is just masochistic as fuck)Also I'd say Metroid, but really just play zero mission on the gba instead. NEStroid isn't bad but the controls just feel gimped.

@ocean i haven't actually played that many NES stuff after the time when i had one as a kid and then i would just play whatever i had, which was the style at the time.

@ocean hence why I recommend the zelda 2 redux romhack, it tones down the difficulty somewhat so it doesn't punish you so hard for everything. While it's nothing like a zelda game, it is actually a fairly good game in its own right. It was just way too difficult.

@fristi I've always thought it seemed kinda cool, I wish Nintendo would do a remake of it or something and fix all the issues with it or whatever, it's got good music & stuff 2
