       @Sabex my estate can go fuck itself, it's one of the most overpriced estates in the whole sunny coast. I've been looking as far afield as beaches around Caloundra and Nada. Can't find anything half nice let alone a standout. I've got a good budget and can go up to 2.3 I just don't wanna 😂 what a waste of money. I remember buying my mum's house for 68k back in late 90s.  We sold it for over 700k after she died and now same place is worth close to 3mil just for the location.

       @thedonnerd I've had a good run and 4 and half years here in this house.  I hate the estate and want out though.
