@newt i'd be interested to see how that goes; I can't bring myself to gut a NeXT cube for the same purpose as much as I think about it a lot.I really, really miss the era of computers-as-sculpture, whether it was SGI, NeXT, or even Apple's high weirdnesses:

@caleb afaik those were regular membrane keyboards, nothing special other than extra keys mapped out of the box in Solaris UI.

@jeremiah @newt There's a blast from the past. I used one of those PowerPCs at my first job. Editing a 400MB Photoshop file was a massive ordeal. They had 21" CRT monitors though, which blew my mind, especially the flatter ones. Kids these days don't know about the pain of a curvy screen and misaligned pixels in the corners.That Sun tower is really nice looking. That doesn't even look dated today imho.
