@obihahn This was my truck last month after hitting 2 cows at 2:30 in the morning. No airbags popped, but insurance still totaled it. A small herd walking down the highway. I was lucky I only hit two of them.

@obihahn ouch...... I grew up in farm country. Back in the day, none drove nice shiny trucks. Every one had bumps and bruises. And better bumpers. Fact of life no matter how careful. But BE careful.NTM fading from intense Southwest Texas summers.More than once, a poor deer was field dressed and taken back to the house. You don't GO hunting for em that way, of course.

@FullTimeSailor I never saw it until@it was right in front of me. It jumped over a guard rail in the median strip, one leap in front of my car, the second one is where I caught it in the hind quarters. I’m just glad it didn’t come thru the windshield or deploy the airbag. After thinking about it, I’m actually surprised the air bag didn’t deploy.
