       I would say the more important tragedy is students are forced to use proprietary software*that* is what they should be suing over, if anything but no, that isn't a lawsuit they could win

       well depends accountability for whatwe just replaced the minister of education but him resigning in disgrace from being a MLA, or having the federal privacy commissioner bringing criminal charges would be betterthe only way to get accountability for mismanagement at the ministry of education, for using proprietary software, is to replace the minister of education with someone who actually understands what the problem iswhich means public awarenesswhich is going to be pretty much impossible unless we deal with covid

       @jeffcliff @TURBORETARD9000 @NMBA Generally, it sounds right. But i take offense of your initial approach.  Telling victims what is right is the second step. If you cannot do the first, you are out of place.  And yeah, i am no saint either. Just describing my preferred mode, not what i am and consistently do well.

       @jeffcliff @TURBORETARD9000 @NMBA Point i wanted to make is stay alive first, preserve free software later.  As far as i understand, people that valued their privacy on their identity were outed. Some may hate on that. So that is the first priority, if someone kills them all is lost.  Then, if they are safe, protocols may apply. But until then, self defense as necessary is my prime directive. I may not have a right to bash transphone skulls, but they sure do. Or sue.  Same as in ukraine, i am reserved to do stuff. Those under fire, sure they can fire back.
