If I were to carry more, I'd carry:a nasopharyngeal tube: https://www.narescue.com//nasopharyngeal-airway-with-lubricant.htmlmore gauze, hemostatic and regularmore tourniquetsa space-blanket (mitigate hypothermic shock)...but much more than that and we're getting into real medikts and not individual kits.If I would carry less, I'd lose the non-hemostatic gauze, the safety cutters, and the gloves.

@eriner well technically mines not EDC but also EDC cause of my job. But if I were you, I'd look into clozex strips.https://www.clozex.com/pages/benefitsThey are the better solution I have found for wound closure in the Field than say, glue.

@chris @eriner See you guys are more metal than me, I have no friends or people in my life who dabble in opiates and the fact that some of these people can wake up VERY ANGRY makes me elect to just either use a BVM and get them through it, or just support them how I can. Narcan autoinjectors give the full dose, but when I draw it up from a vial I can titrate dosages to not wake people up FULLY, just to reengage breathing.

@chuchijabrone @eriner I even have a blackjacks in my bag that a friend made for me. I am sure it's perfectly legal. If I get searched, I will just say it's a weight for Rucking.
