I don’t like @realDonaldTrump and I would not care to see him as President again but I do not believe for one second his attempt to challenge the certification was either an insurrection or an attack on democracy. The insurrection and attack was made when the US government failed to provide a court ordered forensic audit of all 50 states to satisfy at least half of the voters which they should be required to do for every election.

If the claims of fraud are false as reported then not allowing the evidence to be revealed entraps people into ignorance. Those who benefit from the election process should welcome the chance to uphold its integrity rather than to accuse anyone challenging the results as a threat 😡

The release of a medical scare as a way to interfere with an election may have been considered, but the ridiculous knee jerk reaction from most public health officials is the result of years of sensitivity and inclusivity training leaving their brains unable to maintain focus on the real issues during an emergency
