@Griffith In 2 Samuel 11 it recounts King David’s great sin with Bathsheba. An interesting note is at the beginning of the chapter, it says that David remained in Jerusalem while his army and officers went off to battle. He was a man of war, and yet it seems he chose to be idle in the city… big lesson to be learned.

@Vril_Oreilly @Griffith Sometimes it helps to recognize when we are tired and to rest in an intentional way. When I find myself procrastinating or mindlessly scrolling through the internet, it is often because I am tired and I need to take some time to just rest intentionally, maybe set an alarm for a nap or sit on the couch with a book or just rest in any way that is deliberate and fruitful to me as apposed to being side tracked doing something I shouldn't be.
