@wengeweevil I don't suppose the age of consent is going to be abolished. But this is just what will happen in the hypothetical case that it will. Laws, regulating marriage, pornography, other sexual materials, are not tied to the age of consent. Some of them are tied to the age of majority. Some have other regulations.Here I am mocking people who think removing the age of consent will give them sexual agency, as opposed to a slightly different sexual slavery.

@elderemosarecool I've seen multiple posts that go "the age of consent oppresses the youth because they can't express their sexuality". Often with details like "buying sex toys" or "being with who they want". Completely ignoring that these things depend on other laws.
