       #Russia three quarters of Moscow left without electricity and heating after a one substation caught fire and was damaged. Moscow now saw the coldest days this winter with temperatures reaching -27°C.The cause of the failure is unclear, some speculate about Ukrainian drone or sabotage but this could be just as well wear of the equipment as similar fires happened already last year due to insufficient maintenance caused by sanctions.It is ironic that Moscow is now experiencing the same kind of civilizational collapse it forcibly tried to impose on Ukraine last and this winter...
