Well, look. Because we live in a rental house, The owner of the house wanted to start selling the house to us.At first, we asked how much it cost, The owner said "It will cost IDR 100M" (convert the currency), we agreed at first.The next day, He brought his sister here to see which part of the house were leaking waters when raining, And then the sister came in, and then increase the home price atleast another 40M, which totalling IDR 140M.And of course. We reject the offer.
