       it's only been a day and a bit with my 2024 hobonichi but i already noticed that the paper is so different. i can't do upstrokes anymore, my pen (extra fine nib) keeps getting caught lol

       @isa oh that's strange ... this is my first Hobonichi and the paper is very smooth w my .5 nib energel pen. I personally don't like how long any ink takes to dry on this paper tho

       @pry i use fountain pens so that probably explains the scratchiness. i never had this with the older paper that hobonichi used to use. just something i have to get used to, i guess!
