       Blue Street LampsBaltimore County claims that the blue street lamps are a mistake and should be reported when seen. In Montgomery County there is an entire parking lot lit only by these blue lights. Someone posted this image saying that his local mall installed the blue lights to prevent drug usage. A commenter explains that it's difficult to see the veins in the blue light, so they can't inject themselves.
