       @freegnu You can wish with all your heart that currency won't devalue over time, but it will. As such being short currency is the best investment strategy one can have. And the best way for the average person to be short the US dollar is a 30 year fixed mortgage. At 3% appreciation the 150k home in this video grows to more than the total payments over 30 years.
