@jhwgh1968@chaos.social I mean I'm critical of it myself but I still use it. At the very least Monero is one of the rare cases where it sees most use an actual currency instead of being used for speculation. That and the privacy of it is nice. Can be used to buy domains or hosting pretty easily. In the end it's shitty in a lot of ways but has utility in some scenarios.
