       #droidian on the #op6 gives me the long awaited feeling of a fully usable #linuxphone to travel.e.g. having a working camera & gps and even a #waydroid helper to run android apps like wa or organicmaps which are currently not available on #linuxmobilewith a native working browser, xmpp and matrix clients its daily driveable (signal is still a showstopper)...i just love it, thanks to all devs🤩

       @pocketvj How do #Droidian & #PostmarketOS in terms of hardware support on #OnePlus6 / #OnePlus6TMy #OP6T used a #pmOS build from early Nov, but I since built a hacky custom #mobile-nixos image with #GnomeMobile 45, losing some pmOS HW functionality. Since then, I saw tons of buzz on #OP6 / 6T & #sd845 progress.I wanna play w/ the OS w/ best hardware support, then try to port as much as possible to #mobile #nixos.Anyone have insight on porting libhybris/Halium to mainline?        @redstone @pocketvj Writing this from Droidian on Oneplus 6T.As for using Halium project kernel, the firmware is without security updates, but everything works here.Only thing is that there are performance issues (like launching applications takes long), no AGPS and no VoLTE, everything other are just universal issues of current mobile Linux that needs work.
