       So, here's the deal, I'm fairly certain akkoma's own fucking management tool, specifically the migrate_to_db function which allows you to merge the file config into the database, has permanently, and utterly destroyed Lunaria's database. The admin frontend shows nothing but a blan page on all of the config pages. The user data is in tact as is the note data, but literally everything regarding the instance's config is so fucking broken, even recreating the entire god damn database does not fix it.
