       @lowqualityfacts last owners of my house left me their 40-year-old Weber gas grill. A good cleaning and a new grill grate and it was good to go! It's definitely a real ass grill.

       @lowqualityfacts When shopping for a used home, you can always trust the owner that has an awesome grill.  Especially if the gas is piped in with the rest of the home.
