@billybon3s I have done that with the past three batches. Turned out pretty good! Buttermilk and some hot sauce in there. Failed on the dry rub though....brown sugar was the culprit.

@billybon3s I used a dry rub with brown sugar the last 3 attempts. Really have to pay attention as the brown sugar will burn. The one time I timed it right, the brown sugar was great with the spice.

I forgot to take a final photo of these in the smoker.The cold wins made cooking them outside a pain, but they turned out well.The spicy ones were definitely spicy. Need to work on my garlic parm technique
