Most Americans are woefully unprepared for a ground invasion by a foreign military force.Unlike the brits, America is big. It'd be hard to prevent a ground invasion outright. Easier to allow the invasion (to justify the war) and then defend on home territory.Given the (lack of) historical knowledge of most Americans, it's unthinkable that this could happen. "No way, man".And to that, all I have to say is: "you've been warned. Now you know I'll shoot first and ask questions later".
