       @veryhot Later I remembered that I'd seen this exercise done by a female artistic gymnast in a floor exercise. But I think it's quite unusual for a woman's routine.

       @aliceenamour Yeah, I've seen female gymnasts doing extreme stuff that looks almost impossible, with enough training it's not that crazy. It's only unusual cause strength training is not considered to be feminine, so it's more about stereotypes than actual limitations.
