       @ParkerTechGuy Unofficially, and I might be wrong, but there's plenty of small older houses in FEMA IV where one sees 5-8 well-used pickup trucks/vans daily parked in the driveway/yard. Same functional vehicles for 6, 12, 18 months, in varying arrangements. I presume some folks are sub-dividing bedrooms and the living room into personal spaces and splitting the rent n ways.
