I - for example - fully support any funds going to #Ukraine as long as they are willing to fight those russian bastards. It's up to Ukrainians to decide if they want to negotiate, not anyone else.

@jeff Actually, I am pretty sure that all these "start negotiating" stuff going around is only part of russians hybrid war weapon - and so far it works quite well (sadly).Yet, I can and will understand when Ukrainians would like to start peace talks, but anyone outside of #Ukraine should STFU and let them do their fight for freedom. Or better - support it.I'm from #Czechia - country, that was #USSR satellite for like 50 years. And our society is still damaged by it. But we (as citizens) also raised shitload of money to support Ukrainians fight just because we know how it feels being screwed up by neighbour ( #Germany, I'm looking at you) while whole world forces you to "give up your land, prevent the war!"We all know how it ended up...

@schmaker @jeff @EU_Commission @mwehle Hi there, Poland here. I totally agree with you. Peace talks sound nice, but only after Russians unconditionally surrender and are driven out of Ukraine. Any other outcome would be a loss for whole of Europe. Russia only knows the language of force, and so must be broken. And, if Ukraine falls, Lithuania, or Poland, or any Eastern Europe country will be next.

I pretty much understand the feeling of yours yet i CAN think about Ukraine giving up on fighting if the human costs would be too high. Yes, I know it would be loss for all of us and only thing that it would show is, that we (western society) did not did enough (and I actually think we don't do enough at the moment).Yet, anybody who feels like telling Ukrainians what to do ("give up and negotiate") should slap himself into face. It's none of his business, it's up to defenders.Ukrainians already shown that they could do miracles - especially in first month of war, when everybody expected Ukraine to fall.
