@jellymouse What they mean by 'fandom' is 'things which directly relate to fans', and by 'fans' they mean the turbines used to propel the ship. It seems they're assuming you're interested in modifying or manufacturing ships, and want to know if you've always preferred to start with a romantic ship in which you put a fandom system, or if you start with the fandom system and find a ship that will fit it.

@jellymouse As for 'sexual', I think they're talking about ways to dock other ships to your ship. They're asking if you think it's important to include such features or not. By mentioning 'sex', I think they're just trying to — as briefly as possible — ask you whether you prefer to have a socket that other ships 'plug' into, or if you prefer your ships to be the ones that plug in.Honestly, this might make more sense for space ships than boats, but they're still ships, so...

@jellymouse Oh, and number 14 is clearly just a repeat of 10. I don't know why they're asking; maybe they glanced up and saw they asked about the 'sex' of your ships, and didn't realize they also already asked about how important you feel it is to have docking capabilities, so they repeated it as its own question?15 is probably asking about if you like having modular ships that can break apart into smaller ships. Operative Culmination, is what I think OC stands for.

@Tynach Thanks, this is really helpful! I guess it makes sense with male and female plugs and all.

@jellymouse lmao(Saying this because I am not sure if English is your primary language: "shipping" is internet jargon for pertaining to relationships between fictional characters, such as the statement "I ship Lincoln Loud with all 10 of his sisters because incest is fun in Rule 34 art"

@jellymouse No problem! I know all this terminology can be pretty confusing, especially with the later questions. Like, when they say 'character', I'm pretty sure they're referring to the outer hull, which is largely responsible for the 'character'istics of the ship's hydrodynamics. Of course, 'partner'ed with the outer hull is the distribution of weight within the ship. This can also affect the hydrodynamics, which is why so many of the questions relate to both.
