       I saw this man climb this hill, multiple times daily around the same time I walk my goggies in the late afternoon. It was too late on the solstice, dark and foggy too. We elected to walk at Emma Schmitz instead, but had to drive around the road closed by this emergency response to get there.        @tek This road is a menace with no shoulder, multiple blind curves, this deadly obtuse intersection and drivers habitually speeding. But cyclists love the hill, come from far away to climb it. It's rather amazing there aren't more accidents, but I expect this cyclist was the individual most familiar with the risks. Surpassing tragic
