       @redwhitebluedude Something tells me Harvard may be trying to avoid a lawsuit. Her refusal to step down say to me she would fight it in court. That begs the question, what would be found in discovery should that transpire? Maybe nothing. Maybe just the cost of going to court or dragging the bad publicity out longer than the attention span of  any other scandal.
