       Sounds to me like a serious conflict of interest.  Our representatives work for the citizens of the USA.  PERIOD!  There is no pledge to a foreign power that doesn't conflict with this mission.  If you swear to uphold and defend the constitution while signing away your rights to a foreign power you are committing an act of treason.  Treason is punishable by two punishments alone:  Life in prison without the possibility of parole and death.
