       @ashedryden @kielkontrovers @sangster @mttaggart @mekkaokereke This is the harsh reality. A crappy gas stove is better than a crappy electric. At cooking anyway. And when it comes with the room/apt you're renting, it's good when it's gas. Even if the tradeoff is slowly poisoning yourself.

       @colo_lee @ashedryden @kielkontrovers @sangster @mttaggart @mekkaokerekeThe primary victims of gas appliances are all the kids with asthma and other respiratory issues.I expect they would happily trade their afflictions for crappy electric stoves.Of course the real question is can we replace all existing gas stoves with induction units in an equitable manner, because we need to do so.
