Apple cider cocktail.2 part apple cider1-2 parts spicy ginger beer1 part bourbonPour cider over ice, rapidly stir while mixing ground cinnamon. If you don’t stir fast enough / sprinkle light enough, it’ll clump and look gross.Add bourbon and spicy ginger beer, stir gently.Add cinnamon stick and orange peel (or calamondin oranges, pictured) for garnish.

@eriner Throw some other mulling spices in there besides cinnamon, too. Sounds tasty, regardless.

@JimmyWalnuts @eriner this was the drink last night except they infused the bourbon with cinnamon ahead of time. Adding a Luxardo cherry is also a nice touch.

@JimmyWalnuts Yeah I’m not sure how long but I think it was in the 24-48 hour range. Cinnamon wasn’t over powering. On a sip it was on the backend of the finish. They infused High West which I hadn’t had before but it worked well in this drink.
