lolfb decides to block servers that most of fedi tends to block, including spinster, poast, gleason's mostr bridge, etcgleason complains and spins up a server to evade the blockimagine if the best thing to happen out of threads federating would be FB initiating legal action against gleason

@Polychrome @thegibson @Rairii you can't "fix" this because it's not a vulnerability. You need to break your own ability to federate with new servers by enforcing a whitelist if you want authorized fetch to actually work, and every server you federate with needs to do the same or the activity can be fetched from the other servers that have a copy of it by simply masquerading as a new domain.If you don't want your post to be public then don't post it publicly. We've been warning about this for years. This is a limitation you need to accept in an open federated protocol. You can't have an open ecosystem like this and enforce these restrictions.
