@BGrilln365247 Bye Bye T Mobile - 3 months from now we’ll be seeing T Mobile commercials with American Flags draping the Constitution asking people to come back because T Mobile is such a patriotic company - nope, done with you…..

In my private life do everything on my Debian and Ubuntu workstations. I barely ever use my phone for anything but to make necessary calls, text necessary messages. I HATE mobile.I am 100% OK with this. Donald Trump, Nikki Haley keeps texting me every day for donations, I am hoping this is going to put an end to it?People going to pay the stupid-tax, the higher the better. Those who are addicted to mobile eventually need to pay it.

@BGrilln365247 This seems like another company falling on its sword. This way, there will be fewer companies to choose from - less competition. Patriots feel good about themselves...... as they get corralled yet again.T-Mobile is just the next one to reveal how wild pigs are being caught.

Did you check this first? You really need to find the specific part of the terms of service. Laura Loomer is rarely a reliable person and this is another example. After a few searches:https://community.t-mobile.com/plans-and-services-36/terms-of-service-pilicy-change-and-fines-against-customers-54984https://libreddit.northboot.xyz/r/USMobile/comments/18qd98k/do_tmobile_tos_changes_affect_all_usm_customers/It seems like this applies to corporate mass-texts, short codes, etc. In this case, it seems like it's specifically one client, Bandwidth, and their mass e-mail/text campaign policy? If individual providers started censoring personal texts, that would be a very big issue. Facebook/META already do this with their messenger. If you care about private messaging, you should be using Element/Matrix anyway. If your friends are all normies, Signal is a good 2nd choice (its end-to-end encryption can/has been interdependently verified, but the company itself has some shady backing).

@Vril_Oreilly @djsumdog If you Google T-Mobile TOS, there's more than Loomer.

I used a few search engines and I couldn't find anything to indicate this applied to individual customers; just terms with enterprise clients who sent out mass texts. Do you have anything like a like an actual TOS or an analysis that sources things and doesn't repeat copypasta nonsense?
