The word atheist was created to stigmatize those, that don't believe in gods. And to suppress any discussion about not believing in gods.The word homophobic was created to stigmatize those, that don't believe in normality of same sex sexual relationships. And to suppress all discussions on the matter.Am I right?

@Igor_Minherz Тут важна не лексика, а цель.Слово гомофоб используется как ругательство довольно часто. И используется как ярлык, по которому кэнселят.

@Revertron Nope. These are combined descriptors. No one made those words up, as they simply follow combinatory rules. An atheist is a combination of "a" (non-) and "theist" (believer). Homophobic similarly is the fear (phobia) of homosexuality (homo). The words were there. How the words are used shapes its perception however. Cutting off discussions with ad hominem and thought-terminating clichés is a terrible discussion style indeed.

@Revertron atheism is just the lack of a belief in a god. I don't understand how it was made to suppress any discussion about not believing in God. I believe in God and I have discussion with atheists about it. As for the word "homophobic" I agree people sometimes exaggerate and call other homophobic for the smallest thing. Of course people with same sex attraction cannot reproduce with their partner for obvious reasons. And yeah it's not normal as in it's not a common thing. Though I we shouldn't hate people just because they have same sex attraction.
