       @Smeeagain Go nuts and eat nuts. Or whole olives. But you have to consider any oil made from seeds or fruits which last long last long for a reason...Simple as that. Olives might be an edge case but the Medditerranean is dubiously easy on quality. I guess a spoon/day is the upper limit from what I read.
