@flexghost If states can keep third parties off the ballot then this is fair game. The day I see ballots where all parties get an equal shake will be the day I cry over someone being denied access to the ballot fromt he top two parties.

@fcktheworld587 @clintruin @flexghost They have the power to interpret the Constitution.Which means they can rule on whether or not they think Trump's actions violated A14S3. However, the actual election is supposed to be a State's Rights issue. Each state makes their own rules on how elections are handled, and the only care that it is fair.So, if Donald's lawyers are smart, they would argue the expulsion infringes on the fairness of the election.

@kinyutaka @fcktheworld587 @clintruin @flexghost It's going straight to the Supreme Court like there's no way it doesn't go straight to the Supreme Court. Republicans only care about states rights when it's racist or hurts people. I'm not trying to come off as bumpy here, but the court in Colorado said they were leaving time until the middle of January because they assumed it would be appealed there. I just don't want everybody to think this changes anything yet and start showering in champagne. Yes the 14th Amendment would clearly exclude him from running but this is America and we're talking about "Teflon Don".Also he hand picked half of the court it's headed to so.On the other hand, they're appointed for life so they really don't have anything to lose if they throw him under the bus, but he only picked them because they were huge pieces of s*** to start with. It's a coin flip but that coin is going to flip.
