       Herbs... so many herbsI did so many things today, not sure where to start.I finished processing the rest of my acorn flower, labeled all my jars of herbs, harvested some, but not all, of my dried herbs. Started a small batch of gin, started a drinking shrub with some citrus champagne vinegar I had, made chamomile sugar, made hibiscus sugar, started a lemon verbena extracted, started infusing some honey with lemon verbena, started infusing some honey with mint... ran out of liquid honey otherwise would have done a chamomile one too. Started a jar of vodka infusing with dried apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Oh, and made some sage and lemon verbena hydrosol.I'm probably forgetting some stuff, but that's about the gist of it. I need to buy more honey and some little spray bottles for the hydrosol.I want to start a new batch of mead tomorrow (or sometime this week). I'm going to try to make Skyrim mead with juniper, hibiscus and yarrow.I'm tired.

       That's a lot of work you got done there! I look out my back door every day and think to myself "You know, you really ought to go cut those herbs and bring them in to dry. Yeah. Maybe tomorrow."
