       @Good4TheGANDER I see this going one of two ways: 9-0 or 6-3. But either one, the three liberal justices will insist that Trump incited an insurrection. If they go 9-0, they’ll say while they believe it, Trump was never convicted therefore the 14th amendment does not apply.

       @darulharb @Good4TheGANDER Tell Mike he was never charged for Insurrection. Neither was anyone else, because it doesn't fit and can't be successfully prosecuted. Just because the media repeats it until Beetlejuice shows up doesn't make it so.
