       @PierreCol Juste pour ma culture du droit constitutionnel: il est semble-t-il non constitutionnel d'enchaîner plus de 2 mandats de PR mais n'est il pas précisé ( en tout petits caractères ) MANDATS complets ? Au point où nous en sommes de jeux sur les mots..
