       essentially what the CO Supreme Court did in kicking Trump off the ballot was convict him without going thru a trial. He hasn't been convicted of anything, but because they "believe it" it is so. Where else is the court allowed to just say, "yeah we believe this person is guilty" without ever being charged with a crime?

       If Jack Smith could have charged Trump with a crime related to the "insurrection" I am sure he would have. But there is just no evidence to support that (or even that what occurred on J6 was an insurrection... more and more evidence is coming out to actually support it was an op set up by one of the three letter agencies) other than Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi calling it an insurrection.
