@Linza Within EU, no extra cost. Only when you post from EU to US or UK the recipient may have to pay customs fee, but only if you declared value of the goods above certain threshold.@EU_Commission

@EU_Commission Maybe the one year price update interval is a bit too long. The first price I checked (DE -> DE; 1 kg; DPD classic XS) is not up to date. Also, the list of providers does not seem to be complete.(If it is this link: https://single-market-economy.ec.europa.eu/sectors/postal-services/parcel-delivery-eu/find-best-price-your-eu-parcel-delivery_en)

@LinzaNo you don't. In Finland we pay the processing fee on OUTSIDE OF THE EU parcels. And on top of it the customs fee on Tulli if it is worth more than whatever the cut off was again.Double check your parcel had actually been sent within the EU and contact the Posti in case it was. For example Amazon German site sends just fine to Finland, but the US site of course needs these extra fees.@kravietz @EU_Commission
