       @Ricardus Be straight with me. Do you make your merfins from scratch, or a mix? (TBH, we use "Jiffy," which is really pretty good.)

       @publius @stevensrmiller They're basically from scratch. I start with a King Arthur GF all purpose baking mix because it has a combination of flours and some leavening agents in it, but it's all scratch from there.
