Work to get men elected, and keep them informed of key points so they know how to act on certain key issues. You don't need to swallow the government up, and make a dictatorship, just make lawmakers feel confident enough to take certain actions, and over a period of a decade or more things will start to shift.

They should have had a way to have competence rise to the level of its capability, promoting guys who handle small units to oversee big ones and eventually take the leadership burden off their shoulders to allow them to go back to the media side. But it's real hard to trust anyone, particularly in their position. Add in the fact that competence was chased away at every turn and you get what happened: Nobody to promote to take the load off their shoulders.

They did the bare minimum, they were just there to take a check.I know because I was a volunteer, and they didn't do shit to approve or arrange anything. Hours of work, completely wasted do to grifters.What you need are serious, invested guys. The type like Japanese or German soldiers who would commit suicide rather than give up, not someone like Mike who complains that he just wants to go back to grilling.Until we get those kinds of leaders, no one is going to be able to organize a damn thing.

If they had 1.2 mil rolling in every month you wouldn't hear any of this regret, it's only because every misstep is laid bare before the world that he can do this "nu-uh I told 'em all, guys I knew it was a bad idea but they didn't listen!" When an IRL guy listened to them at work a while back I said they were too "lowclass" for me and he balked as if that was crazy to say since "they make WAY more than we do!!!" At work, we sometimes have to take someone aside and tell them "hey that's unprofessional, when you act like that it hurts the brand". Sometimes it's them drinking w/ customers and getting loose-lipped about the company, some candid honesty that subverts passenger confidence, or straight admitting the hard BTS numbers. We could use a hint of that sometimes in the movement. When you have guys supposedly speaking for all jew-aware whites going out and getting hobo-level drunk, flying off the handle at every little anonymous slight, and making absolute fools out of themselves it makes it VERY hard to bring newcomers on board.....come to think of it I JUST had someone making fun of me for being a "nazi", and it really sounded like he was dialed into the NJP from the jokes he was cracking.

They complain about not having time for anything but they never brought in someone to alleviate the 'workload', despite having people who could have been tapped to do so. If they did have promotions going on behind the scenes they would have been mentioned once in a while, like "oh yeah we brought on a new head of recruitment last month and the guy's a real firecracker, he's killing it, if you want to help te cause, we pull from local chapters...."
