MI: intermediate appellate court upheld dismissal on narrow state grounds applicable to primary ballots. Declined to rule as to general election because "not ripe." Petitioners say they'll appeal.

       @GottaLaff In the end, I don’t think there’s a single honest American that thinks #trump deserves a second chance to destroy democracy. I see these cases as a litmus test for how far gone it already is.
