       I really appreciate that:* most people are aware of the potential risks of federating with #Threads* the high density of meaningful critical observations (as opposed to fearmongering or sick dunks)* the degree to which the discussion is constructiveDespite it's many flaws, it's really nice to see that Mastodon (and the greater Fediverse) is actually useful as a sort of distributed discussion platform, even if only for things that threaten the existence of Mastodon.
